Douglas Barwick, Inc. announces.....The continued restructuring of its North American Piping Group, affecting both its U.S. and Canadian marketing and manufacturing efforts. All pipe and fitting production has now been consolidated at our Douglas Barwick, Inc. manufacturing plants in Brockville and Cornwall, Ontario. The Brockville facility functions as our corporate office and primary pipe manufacturing facility. Butt Weld fittings are produced at the Cornwall plant. Full line production of stainless steel welded pipe will be manufactured to specifications A-312, A358, A-409, A-778, A-240. Other specifications relative to light wall piping of the appropriate size range and alloy will be available. Sizes will be produced as follows: A-312 IPS, 1" through 24", Schedules 10S and 40S, 80S through 4"...A-358 IPS, 10" through 36", Schedules 10S through 40S...A-409 IPS, 14" through 36", Schedules 10S and 40S...A-778 IPS, 3" through 96", Schedules 5S, 10S and gauge through .375 wall...O.D. Tubing produced 3" through 12" in gauges... Butt weld fittings will be produced to specifications A-403 WPW, Schedules 10S and 40S, 3" through 12"... A-403 WPWX, Schedules 10S and 40S, 12" through 24"...A-774, Schedules 5S and 10S, 3" through 24" smooth flow, mitered through 96" to .375 wall...Reducers, single and double reduction, in Schedule 10S through 24" are produced as "Bell Shaped"... Pipe fabrication will now be done at our three spooling shops located in Brockville and Cornwall, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec...Engineering and project management will be handled from our primary facility in Brockville; contact Rick Patrick Fabrication Manager...
